Structure framed onsite. Best suited for difficult access sites and complex structures

Single-Wall System with Exterior Insulation $$$

Thermal break exterior to framing member. 2×6 wall stud construction. Interior ridgid and roxul hybrid or closed cell urethane.

Double-Stud Wall System $$$$

Secondary nonstructural wall framed interior or exterior to structural wall. Thermal break between the two walls. Dense pack cellulose insulation to 10in. Very high R-value.

Factory Built Assemblies

Assemblies or whole sections of the structure built or prepared offsite

Customizable Modular $$$$

High performance models available. Primarily built in a controlled environment. Fastest to dry in once onsite.

Heavy Timber $$$$

Fully customizable. Whole house packages available. Shipped in individual units to be assembled onsite. Examples include log homes and timber frame.
